KCA has designed several programs that help current students and recent graduates continue their education and launch their career.  Here are some of our college benefits:

Tuition Reimbursement Up to 100%
Thinking of getting a masters degree?  Our employees are encouraged to further their education and improve their skills.  The additional expertise benefits KCA so we offer full time employees up to 100% tuition reimbursement.  Our program refunds 100% of tuition and application fees for educational courses which are completed with the grade of “A”; an 80% refund for a grade of “B”; and a 60% refund for a grade of “C.”

Intern Scholarships
KCA offers two one-semester scholarships to our interns who work for us full time for one semester.  It’s 2 for 1.  It provides you an opportunity to gain “real world” experience, earn a summer income, and reduce the cost of getting your degree.  Contact human resources to see if KCA has an intern scholarship at your university.
