Project Brief

KCA provides district wide maintenance technical support to FDOT District Seven (five counties in the Tampa Bay Area) for permits, maintenance contracts, and roadway characteristic inventories. KCA provides qualified personnel to the FDOT field offices to perform roadway maintenance engineering related services for permits, contracts, administration and inventory services.
