Project Brief

A 6 acre redevelopment within the heart of South Tampa, including banking, retail and restaurant spaces. Consideration of historical surrounding flooding problems and residences was incorporated into the design.

Site planning for a 3.8 acre retail site at a major intersection in South Tampa. Tasks included maximize the floor area ratio on the property while providing bank drive-thru lanes and an abundance of parking for high end retail, restaurant and banking customers.

Design services included stormwater management, grading, water, sanitary sewer and code landscaping.
