Hillsborough County. The scope of services includes PD&E Study and final design of a 0.3 mile extension of Gornto Lake Road from its existing terminus approximately 400 feet south of State Road 60 southward approximately 1,600 feet to the north property line of the proposed Oaks at Town Center development. The developer is scheduled presently to extend Gornto Lake Road northward from Town Center Blvd. to this point to provide an uninterrupted corridor. The corridor is located adjacent to a wetland on one side and is bound by a cemetery on the other side.
