Construction of a new Fixed Base Operation at Tampa International Airport

Design, permitting, bid assistance and construction monitoring for all site development including a new aircraft apron, security gates, lighting, parking lot, water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system with pumping station, storm sewer with associated stormwater management systems. All work conformed to FAA, HCAA, FDEP, City of Tampa and NPDES requirements. Services included coordination with the FBO Operator, his consultants, and applicable Airport engineering, operations and security personnel.
