KCA is providing stormwater and environmental permitting for problems flooding areas within Hillsborough County. Design services include open channel design, storm sewer design, and culvert design. Projects are permitted through the Southwest Florida Water Management District and Hillsborough County's Environmental Protection Commission. Funding for the projects is through the County's Community Investment Tax.
