In 1998 KCCS was established when KCA’s construction services division reorganized to form a separate corporation focusing exclusively on providing Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services within the state of Florida. KCCS remains a wholly owned subsidiary of KCA and maintains the legacy of the firm which pioneered CEI consulting in the state of Florida. Our parent company, KCA, continues to expand its CEI services into new markets outside of Florida.

KCCS is currently at work on multiple projects with budgets exceeding $100 million including the I-95/I-10 interchange in Jacksonville, FL and the Links 3 project in Tampa, FL. Find out more information on our other CEI projects.
